
Last Sunday I had the pleasure of spending the afternoon with Always Me owner Francesca.
Always Me is a small and cosy lab in Rivoli (Torino), where Francesca pours all her love for simple and genuine food into her sweet creations. The moment you step into her little realm, you are seduced and captured by her enthusiasm and the delicate smells permeating the room.
I had met her only twice before through a friend in common (thank you Alessandra!), but we connected from the very beginning. I simply love everything she bakes, and she my photography. The sum is easy: we decided to start a collaboration where I’m going to photograph a series of her recipes that will end up in a cookbook. Nothing too elaborate, recipes will be super easy and most of all vegan and gluten free.
The hours literally flew away. We chatted, took photos, ate cookies and cupcakes, sipped tea, and made plans for our future book. Here’s a small taste for you too, hope you enjoy it!
