It’s dark outside, and a storm is brewing. From the window that I left ajar a crisp breeze is coming in, the first signs of the approaching autumn. But as soon as I think back to my trip to the French Riviera, and look at some photos, I find myself there again exploring those places. Beside my laptop there’s a book by Jean Giono, La Chasse au Bonheur, the quest for happiness, that accompanied my holidays. The thrill of another journey, without too much planning this time, I must confess. A car trip to the French Riviera, with a nice straw hat, sunglasses, bikinis, my cameras and Tough Love by Jessie Ware playing endlessly. Enjoying the sun, the deep blue sea, and just being.
